The well known saying, “There is a time and place for everything” can be applied in lots of areas including style.

So true – “There is a time and place for everything” applies to fashion. You wouldn’t wear a bikini to the office. Nobody wears workout clothes to a wedding. Clothes should be occasion appropriate. Cute little cutouts, including cold shoulders, adds a fun detail to an outfit. This is a pretty dress, love the colour and style!
